Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the PM Vishwakarma scheme at the International Convention and Expo Centre, Yashobhoomi, in New Delhi, aimed at empowering traditional artisans and craftsmen.

The first phase of the International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC), YashoBhoomi, was inaugurated in Delhi’s Dwarka. YashoBhoomi is set to be one of the world’s largest MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities.
