- 10th International Day of Yoga: The 10th International Day of Yoga was celebrated globally, with the theme “Yoga for Self and Society.”
- UGC-NET Exam Cancelled: The Ministry of Education canceled the UGC-NET exam, conducted by the National Testing Agency, just a day after it was held. Over 9 lakh candidates appeared for the exam, which is held for Assistant Professor posts and determining eligibility for junior research fellowships.
