• The first IIT campus outside India will come up at Zanzibar in Tanzania, the Ministry of External Affairs said. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed for setting up a campus of IIT Madras in Zanzibar.
• Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) said that Chandrayaan 3 will be launched on the 14th of this month around 2:35 PM from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota.
• Ajit Agarkar has been appointed as chairman of the Senior Men’s Cricket Selection Committee.
• Indian archers Priyansh and Avneet Kaur won gold in the junior mixed team compound event, defeating Israel in the final of the World Archery Youth Championships in Limerick, Ireland.
