- Prime Minister Visits VSSC: Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and inaugurated three major space infrastructure projects worth about ₹1,800 crore. He also revealed the names of four astronaut-designates for the Gaganyaan mission.
